Please give us a 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel. If you are unable to give us a heads up, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you “no show” you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full-service fee.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experience allergic reaction to eyelash extensions in the past please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment.
** Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however we will remove the lashes free of charge.***
If you arrive with makeup on or dirty lashes, lashes that have not been cleaned properly there is a $20 cleaning fee and it cuts into your lashing time. We can not stress enough how important it is to keep your lashes clean. Dirty lashes lead to infection and lash loss. Extensions already add volume and length an extra layer of mascara is only going to weigh your lashes down, causing premature fallout or breakage. Mascara is also difficult to remove which could cause build up, not to mention, many contain oil, which will loosen the lash adhesive. But if you insist, we have specialized products for your lashes.
Even though we love them, in accordance with state health board regulations, pets or animals of any kind (other than service animals) are not allowed inside the salon.
When scheduling an appointment with us, you are purchasing our lash stylists time and skills. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the services received by one of our lash stylists, please contact us within 72 hours of the initial application and we would be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your lashes.
